Verify Package Info Upon Arrival
Your package has been successfully dispatched! Upon arrival, please verify that the following details on the shipping label are correct:
Rule 1: Before opening the parcel, please double-check that the package contains the exact product you ordered.
Rule 2: Please retain the official paper invoice/voucher included with your package. The warranty is valid only upon presenting this voucher.
Notice: If the package does not arrive at your preferred scheduled time, please contact technical support immediately.

๐จ Battery & System Critical Warning
โ 1. Software Update Errors: Errors occurring due to OS/Software updates (e.g. Green Line on display, Camera not working, etc.) are strictly excluded from the warranty.
โ 2. Battery standby duration: Battery backup/usage duration depends entirely on the specific apps and user usage patterns.
โ 3. 0% Depletion: Battery issues occurring from draining the battery fully to 0% are not covered.
โ 4. User-Induced Damages (Not Covered):
- Discharging the battery to 0% repeatedly without recharging.
- Battery damage caused by voltage/power plug shocks.
- Drops, physical compression, or liquid/water damage.
Returns & Brand Policies
Return Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds if the product has been opened or used, except in the case of functional defects (Factory Errors). All sales are final.
Manufacturer (Official) Warranty
If the device still carries an active official company warranty (e.g. Apple, Samsung), the customer must handle it directly with their official service center. Our shop's warranty does not apply in this case.
